Provides information and directory to help families stay strong and healthy. Intended for children and their families for the first five years of their lives.

Informational hub for connection to multiple resources and support for Westminster residents.

Families and Communities Together (FaCT)

Provides information and resources for food, healthy living habits, and mental health support.

Career One Stop

Provides Career Information and Support; Unemployment Information; Resume and Interview practice.

OCDE Family Supports

Provides information related to selecting quality childcare, subsidized childcare services in Orange County. Individuals will need to register with Children's Home Society.

Family Solutions Collaborative

Connection to housing and shelter services; homelessness prevention and support services. After registration, expect contact within three business days.

Helping Hands Food Pantry

Free food resource for the WSD community; Open Tues. and Thurs. by appointment only. Visit the registration portal to secure your spot.

WSD Food Distribution

Free food distribution for families in WSD. Located at Johnson Middle School; Second Wednesday of the month between 2:30 p.m. to 4:00p.m.; First come, first served until food runs out.

Provides counseling and therapeutic services related to victims of trauma and domestic violence.

Laura's House

Provides therapeutic services and resources for victims of domestic violence.

Fristers

Provides parenting support and resources for teen parents and families.

Receive Support

Hazel Health

Provides short-term telehealth counseling services, on a personal device at home. Please contact your school counselor or school psychologist for additional information.

Western Youth Services

Provides mental health services to families with MediCal insurance. Offers multiple services including informational classes and parenting classes for families.

OCAPICA

Offers multiple, no cost mental health programs for underserved youth 0 - 25 years old (AAPI, AMENA, and Black communities), parenting support and coaching, as well as a free 15-minute consultation service for adults (18+).

LatinX Parenting

Offers parenting and mental health support for Latino communities. Multiple workshops and classes available.

OC LGBTQ Center

Youth groups and programs serving primarily families and students who identify on the LGBTQ spectrum. Multiple resources and programs available including health care and
immigration resources.

BrightLife Kids

Parents create account to work alongside a parenting coach (virtually) at no cost. Serves parents of 0–12-year-olds, multiple languages available; no insurance needed. App available for easier access or call 888-275-5357 for services.

Undocumented individuals and children without insurance can receive wellness check-ups, medical care, dental care, and immunizations at no cost until June 2025.

Here you will find a clickable PDF with more information about each of these topics. The PDF is available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. 

Located at Johnson Middle School, the TEFAP Food Distribution will be held on June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9, and October 14 from 2:30 to 4:00 PM.

Food is distributed to those in need on a first-come, first-served basis until food runs out.

The Helping Hands Pantry will be held by appointment:

Tuesdays

• 8:30-9:30 AM
• 2:30-3:30 PM

Thursdays

• 8:30-9:30 AM
• 2:30-3:30 PM

The Hope & Home Boutique, held at Meairs Elementary School, will be open during the summer to support families in need, year-round. 

The store is open on Mondays during the summer from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
