Aeries FAQ

To create an Aeries Parent Portal account, go to Westminster School District's login page. Once there click the Create New Account option, select Parent/Guardian as your account type, enter your account info and verify your email. After all your information is verified login and link your student.

A student is automatically available to the portal however if you have an additional student, then you will need to link the new student by clicking Add New Student. At that point it will ask for the student ID, home phone number, and the verification code that will need to be requested from the school site. 

No, you do not need to create an account every year as this is a one-time process. If you have a second student enter the district, you must enroll the new student. Once they are enrolled and added by the school office staff, your existing account using the same email address will be linked to your family. 

Ensure that your email address is the same one you registered with and that the email matches across siblings. If you are unsure, please verify with your school office manager.

If you don't see data confirmation on your portal account, please check to confirm that the parent email address is not listed in the student email field, if it is remove it. When the pop up appears, please choose the option to leave the account alone. Once it is updated, please submit a help desk ticket and we will be happy to help. 

When the information is available, it will appear in your Aeries Parent Portal. Click on Student Info and then Demographic, the teacher's name will be listed under teacher. You must have completed data confirmation to view this information.

If your information — phone number, email address, address, etc. — is incorrect, please contact your student's school however, you are able to edit and update information within the portal but the office must change primary student address and phone information.
