Non Discrimination Notice
The Governing Board desires to provide a positive work environment where employees and job applicants are free from harassment and are assured of equal access and opportunities in accordance with the law. The Board prohibits any district employee from harassing or discriminating against any other district employee or job applicant on the basis of the person’s actual or perceived race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, veteran status, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sex, or sexual orientation (Administrative Regulation 4030, Nondiscrimination in Employment). Complaints regarding employment discrimination or harassment shall immediately be investigated in accordance with Administrative Regulation 4031, Complaints Concerning Discrimination in Employment.
