Time worked from 1st day of month to last day of month.
- Certificated Pay Day = Last Day of Month
- Classified Pay Day = 10th and 25th of Month
Hourly Paid Employees (Certificated & Classified)
Time worked from 16th of prior month to 15th of current month.
- Certificated Pay Day = Last Day of Month
- Classified Pay Day = 10th of Month
- Please Note: Only employees working over 20 hours per week are eligible for Mid-Month Advance (25th pay day).
Substitutes (Certificated & Classified)
Time worked from 16th of prior month to 15th of current month.
- Certificated Pay Day = Last Day of Month
- Classified Pay Day = 10th of Month
Pay Day Notes
- If payday falls on a weekend or holiday, the date will be adjusted to the prior business day.
- If employee has direct deposit with School’s First Credit Union, payment will be received 1 business day earlier.
