Innovation and Technology Services Help Desk

The WSD Help Desk is available to assist employees with all information technology issues. The ITS Department is prepared to answer calls or address Help Desk tickets related to software (e.g., Outlook, Aeries, Windows) and hardware (e.g., Chromebooks, desktop computers, iPads, printers, ViewSonic Boards).

Two ways to contact the Help Desk:

  1. Enter a Help Desk Ticket online inside the WSD network at helpdesk.wsdk8.us (log in with your desktop username and password)
  2. Via district phone at extension 4357 or from an outside line at (714) 894-7311 extension 4357
    Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
