Superintendent Forum – Request for Site Representatives
The Superintendent will be hosting a series of Superintendent Forums starting Wednesday, December 17, at 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. These forums are designed to provide site-level representatives with District updates and information to share with all staff at their respective sites.
Each administrator is asked to identify one certificated staff member and one classified staff member to serve as your site’s representatives. These individuals will attend the forums and are expected to relay the information back to their school site/department staff.
Workday Schedule:
• If 7:00 a.m. is prior to a representative’s contracted start time, they may flex their time/work schedule for the day with supervisory approval.
• Mileage reimbursement from the District Office back to your site/location is also available by using the standard mileage reimbursement process through InformedK12.
• Compensation: If flexing the workday is not feasible and attendance occurs outside the contracted workday, representatives will be compensated in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement and District procedures (e.g., certificated: extra-duty hourly timecard; classified/non-exempt: overtime or compensatory time, as appropriate).
Initially, the forums will be held monthly, with plans to transition to a quarterly schedule over time.
