What is the Extended School Program (ESP)?

The Extended School Program is designed to build upon the exceptional academic and enrichment opportunities that students experience each day in our premier TK-8th grade district. Our goal is to extend learning beyond the traditional school day, providing students with meaningful opportunities to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Working in close partnership with our schools, we ensure that our programs meet the diverse needs of our students by offering access to high-quality academic support, enrichment activities, and social-emotional learning before and after school. Through this collaborative approach, we strive to create a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where every student can thrive.

What We Offer

The Extended School Program is designed to provide students with opportunities that extend learning beyond the school day while supporting their overall growth and development. Our programs focus on three key areas:

• Academic Support
  • We provide targeted academic assistance that builds on classroom instruction and helps students strengthen their skills in core subjects. Whether through homework help, tutoring, or hands-on learning experiences, our goal is to meet students where they are and support them in reaching their full potential.
     
• Enrichment Opportunities
  • Students participate in a variety of engaging activities designed to spark creativity, foster curiosity, and encourage exploration. From art, music, and STEAM projects to sports, leadership opportunities, and community service, we create meaningful experiences that help students discover their passions and develop new talents.
     
• Social-Emotional Learning
  • We recognize the importance of nurturing the whole child. Our programs integrate social-emotional learning to help students develop skills like collaboration, empathy, resilience, and self-awareness. By providing a safe and supportive environment, we empower students to build confidence and form positive relationships.

Through this comprehensive approach, the Extended School Program ensures that students have access to a well-rounded, high-quality educational experience that inspires them to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
