Certificated Staff (CE: Teachers)

Must submit timesheets for the following work performed:

• Board Approved Extra Hour/Stipend Assignments (B-34 or B-37)
• Certificated Extra Hours Timesheet B-34 (fillable)


• Certificated Group Extra Hours Timesheet B-37 (fillable)

Classified Staff (CL: Part-Time & Full-Time)

Must submit timesheets for the following work performed:

• Board Approved Extra Hour Assignments (B-22)
• Supervisor Approved Over-Time (B-24)
• Classified Extra Hours Timesheet B-22 (fillable)


• Classified Overtime Timesheet B-24 (fillable)


• Classified Sub Timesheet B-21 (fillable)

Deadlines

Send all approved timesheets with both employee and supervisor signature to Payroll Department

• Send after completion of work performed
• Due on 16th of every month

Monthly Paid Employees (Certificated & Classified)

Time worked from 1st day of month to last day of month.

• Certificated Pay Day = Last Day of Month
• Classified Pay Day = 10th and 25th of the Next Month

Hourly Paid Employees (Certificated & Classified)

Time worked from 16th of prior month to 15th of current month.

• Certificated Pay Day = Last Day of Current Month
• Classified Pay Day = 10th of the Next Month 
• Please Note: Only employees working over 20 hours per week are eligible for Mid-Month Advance (25th pay day).

Substitutes (Certificated & Classified)

Time worked from 16th of prior month to 15th of current month.

• Certificated Pay Day = Last Day of Month
• Classified Pay Day = 10th of Month 

Pay Day Notes

• If payday falls on a weekend or holiday, the date will be adjusted to the prior business day.
• If employee has direct deposit with School’s First Credit Union, payment will be received 1 business day earlier.
