Transportation Purpose and Objective

Welcome to the Transportation Department of the Westminster School District. We are committed to providing safe, timely, efficient, and courteous bus transportation services to eligible students.

Pupil transportation is a necessary service and an integral part of the total educational program. The time students spend on buses exerts an important influence on the physical and mental conditions they bring to the classroom. The major objectives of the pupil transportation program are to:

• Provide safe transportation
• Operate an efficient and economical transportation system
• Support the requirements of the instructional program through transportation services
• Maintain conditions on buses that are conducive to the best interests of students, including mental, moral, and physical considerations

Transportation Registration

If you have changed your address and/or other contact information, please provide the updated information to your school's Office Manager so they can update the student information system. Your child's transportation eligibility and services are determined from the information obtained from your child's record. Please assist us in ensuring our records are kept up to date.
