Certificates of Insurance Request
A certificate of insurance (COI) is a document from an insurance provider confirming that Westminster School District is insured/protected. It is also known as a certificate of liability insurance or evidence of insurance and is proof of coverage. It is required for when services are contracted/provided to or from WSD.
Requesting a Certificate of Insurance
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, provided there are no delays due to incomplete or missing information.
