Westminster School District's Purchasing and Warehouse provides essential service to the District. Our goal is to ensure that the quality goods and services necessary for the operation of the District are obtained at competitive prices.
Purchasing Department is responsible for approving purchase orders in timely manner, ordering goods, communicating with the vendor regarding discrepancies and damage and also providing final invoice to the accounting department.
The Warehouse is responsible for the receipt, inspection, storage, shipping and receiving function for the district. The Mail room is responsible for all District business related U.S.mail, UPS, and District inter-office mail.
